    Thinly veiled program for facial capture and recognition for Maryland MVA MIRS (MD driver and ID database) for potential data entry into the MCIN network of suspected "gang members" and "criminal intelligence use". LTC Dunklee and Rtd. Col. Tucker have allegedly had conversations to this affect.
