    1) Hate crime reporting and tracking of statistics is NOT identified;
    2) Body camera manipulation is an issue and has occurred (ie manually muting microphone with finger, etc). This needs to be addressed;
    3) Public and monthly reporting of stops/arrests with respect to race and gender relative to the city demographics. This should be a report easily accessed on the city website.
