    Hyattsville's home ownership (predominately white) has not changed significantly in years. A more substantive and disruptive approach is required. I would like to see what "affordable housing" really means when the house across the street from where I live sold for $615,000 in 2018. Fundamentally, economic opportunity for all people is the real problem. We don't have this parity.
